Delete your data
Where your data is
Ludo Alive has no accounts and no game servers of its own. Your progress, coins and items are stored on your device and, if you are signed in to Google Play Games, in your Google account's saved games. We cannot see or recover them for you.
Delete it in the app (instant)
- Open Ludo Alive.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete My Data and confirm.
This immediately deletes all game data on your device and your Google Play Games cloud save. Uninstalling the app deletes the data on the device only.
Data held by Google
- Advertising data is held by Google under Google's Privacy Policy. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your Android device settings.
- Purchase records are held by Google Play, as required for tax and accounting. Bought items can be restored in the app with Restore Purchases.
